At some point in your personal and professional life, one hopes that you have learned that earning the trust of others is a lifelong process at which you must work hard across the disparate roles you have at the office, at home, and at play. For the sake of our subjects, all members of the clinical research team must help each other face up to their responsibilities so that we may all earn the kind of trust that deserves the observation, “He’s as good as his word.”
