*Rising costs connected with maintaining benefits for ACRP's 20,000+ members prompted the Association Board of Trustees to review the organization's traditional three-tiered membership rate structure and to combine the two lowest-priced tiers into a single rate. So as not to cause hardship to members in the Transitional Markets category, the Board approved a gradual dues increase to raise dues over a three year period (starting in 2006) to meet the Emerging Markets $60 dues rate.

Members in the Transitional Markets member group will pay dues of $48 in 2008 and $60 in 2009. Upon annual renewal time, renewing members will be provided the appropriate dues invoice for the year.
Members currently referred to as Transitional Market members will transition into the Emerging Markets category upon renewal, and the Transitional Markets category will be eliminated in 2009.
