Classroom Learning General Information

Registration Costs

All seminar materials, planned meal functions and refreshment breaks are included in the registration fee. Parking, travel, and lodging are not included nor are they reimbursed. If you are a nonmember and would like to attend a seminar and join ACRP, please indicate this on your registration form (a one-year ACRP/APPI membership will be included in the non-member rate at no additional cost).

Because each seminar has limited occupancy, ACRP cannot "hold" spots. Registration will not be processed without payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by ACRP at least 15 calendar days prior to the day of the course.  All cancellation requests received after this time will not be refunded.  Only the registrant may request cancellation of a course regardless of whether the course is paid by the registrant or another party.  The course fee less a $105 administrative fee may be refunded provided that the cancellation request is received at least 15 calendar days prior to the day of the course.  Membership dues and late fees are nonrefundable and therefore will not be refunded upon cancellation of a course.  The refund will be issued and sent to the party who initially paid for the course.  If payment was made by credit card then that credit card will receive the refund.  If payment was made by check ACRP will mail a refund check to the original payer.  There will be NO refunds to registrants who do not show up for the course.

Transfers and Substitutions

  • Fee for course transfers and substitutions: $80
  • Transfers and substitutions between courses will be considered on a case-by-case basis and ACRP will make the final determination on whether course attendees can transfer to different courses following cancellation of initial paid courses

Late Fees

There will be a $150 late fee for all registrations received late as outlined per course description

Hotel Reservations

Course registrants will be responsible for arranging and reserving their hotel accommodations, as accommodations and non-group meals are not included in the registration fee.

Seminar Daily Schedule

Registration and continental breakfast will start at 8:00 am on the day of the class. A welcome to attendees and introduction of instructors will be held at 8:30 am. All courses will break for lunch daily from noon to 1:00 pm and will adjourn at 5:00 pm. Further scheduling information will be provided by the instructor on the first day of the course.

Special Needs

ACRP seminars are accessible to all persons with disabilities. For further information regarding special needs accommodations, please contact ACRP Global Headquarters. ACRP is committed to making its educational activities accessible to all individuals.

Dress is casual for all activities.

Cell Phones and Beepers

For the enjoyment of all attendees, please silence all cell phones and beepers while in seminar rooms.

Confirmations

All registrations received by ACRP up to 10 days before the seminar will be confirmed in writing. If you do not receive a letter of confirmation, please call ACRP to ensure that your registration has been received. Registration is limited, so do not make nonrefundable airline reservations before you receive your confirmation letter or telephone confirmation. ACRP is not responsible for costs incurred in the event of cancellation.

Travel Arrangements

Attendees are encouraged to use Travel By Kim Travel Agency. Please call Kim at (888) 801-9683 or fax (816) 891-6779 to obtain the discount fare. There is a $25 charge per ticket issued. Please note: ACRP does not provide travel arrangements — each registrant is responsible for his or her own travel arrangements.
