This interactive classroom course includes question-and-answer sessions, interactive classroom exercises, a participants’ manual and presentations delivered by experienced experts in clinical research.

Project Management for Clinical Research Professionals

Specifically designed for Clinical Research project management. Learn how to take control of your clinical trials — to manage and direct them — rather than simply tracking what is happening.

This two-day course (providing 12 contact hours/credits) provides detailed, practical guidance on the project management skills used by study sponsors and contract research organizations (CROs) to help you decide how to apply these skills in your situation. The course is specifically designed for clinical research project management, with examples and exercises developed using pharmaceutical research scenarios.

Certification Exam Preparation Classroom Course

The new ACRP Certification Exam Preparation course provides guidance on how to prepare for an ACRP Certification exam (e.g., CCRA^®, CCRC^®, and CPI^®) to candidates eligible to take the exam. Familiarize yourself with the format of the exam, tackle example questions, and conduct a personal gap analysis to ensure you are fully primed to earn your ACRP Certification.
