ICH/EU Online Practice Exams
If you plan to take the European or ICH Certification Exam, we encourage you prepare by taking ACRP’s online practice exams.
The ACRP European/ICH Practice Examinations were developed by the ACRP European and ICH Examination Committees. It contains 50 online practice exam questions that will help you prepare for the types and format of the real exam questions. However, note that the practice questions provided will not be the same questions given on certification exams.

Who should invest in the Practice Exam?
The ACRP practice exam is designed for CRAs, CRCs or Investigators involved in the conduct of clinical research in the European/ICH regions who meet the eligibility requirements for the certification examination. Participants should plan to sit for the certification examination within six months of purchasing the exam review materials.
How is the Practice Exam formatted?
When you take the practice exam, you will select one correct answer for each of the 50 questions. After selecting an answer, you will be instantly provided the correct answer and also an explanation for why it is the correct answer.
What is the cost for the online Practice Exam?
The cost for the European/ICH-CRA Practice Exam is $75. It includes 50 questions and you can access it online up to six months.

How do I access the Practice Exam?
- Go to European/ICH CRA Practice Exam.
- Follow the instructions to Register for the Practice Exam.
- After you place your order, you will be sent a confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation will provide a link to the ICH CRA practice exam and your password.
Note: You will see a charge for $75 on your credit card statement from the LXR Store indicating an "LXR Software Purchase."
How long can I access the Practice Exam?
You can access the ICH CRA Practice Exam online and review the questions as many times as you like, up to 6 months from the date of purchase. However, you must select the exit button which will allow you to return to the Practice Exam.
If you select the FINISH button, you will not be able to return to the Practice Exam.
After you select FINISH, you will receive a feedback report by e-mail. The feedback report will state how many questions you answered correctly for each of the content areas represented from the exam detailed Content Outline..

- HTML compatible browser (4.0 or higher), such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator
- Select “cookies enabled”
- HTML capable e-mail account
