• Exam Preparation Guide — Provides information on the structure and objectives of the exam, relevant activities oriented to your job function referenced by U.S. regulations, case scenarios, exercises, sample exam questions and checklists you can utilize in the workplace. In addition, it also describes the best approach to answering exam questions successfully (PDF, 8.5 x 11, 152 pages).
• Online Practice Test — Includes a 50 question practice test. This is the same practice test that is given at the live review course to help prepare you for the exam.
• Helpful Hints — Provides information about the testing program and tips on preparing for and taking the exam. Also included is information on exam fairness, exam question development, and exam administration.

How do I access the review material?

• To view the online materials you will need Macromedia Flash Player. This is a free program available on the Internet which must be downloaded to your hard drive. Go to the Macromedia Flash web site and follow the instructions.
• After you purchase the Certification Exam Preparation Package, you will be directed to the KAPLAN EduNeering Web site that houses the online package. Enter your username and password (provided in your confirmation) to access the package from any computer with Internet access. Note: The Exam Preparation Guide can also be downloaded for convenient viewing offline.

Who should invest in the package?

The ACRP/KAPLAN EduNeering exam prep packages are designed for CRAs and CRCs involved in the conduct of clinical research who meet the eligibility requirements for the certification examination.

Those taking the examination must have the requisite experience (as defined in the ACRP CRA and CRC Course Outlines) as a CRA or CRC, and are presumed to know the basics of the job. Thus, the purpose of the material is to help prospective candidates assess their level of preparation prior to sitting for the exam as well as providing them with a reference tool to use while on the job.
