Details: This classroom course, hosted by the Greater Houston Chapter, will focus on identifying and implementing tools that can improve site efficiency:

Bring home approximately 300 tools in the 500-page workbook that can improve your site's efficiency and hopefully make your job easier. This stimulating, interactive course will explore many new techniques and tools for the site including topics on budgets, study feasibility, regulatory, QA, monitors, subjects, staffing and investigational products.

Everything will be related to the appropriate ICH GCP reference. Fun, candidness, and audience participation are the drivers for this consistently sold-out course. No topic or question about clinical research is taboo. This is a course for working coordinators who would like to standardize their research environment. You will get checklists, forms, templates, training documents, assorted standard operating procedures and even sample job descriptions. This year the presenters have added over 40 new standardized tools to broaden the variety and usefulness of the tools.

Please visit the course page for more details.
