CNY Chapter President Transition
As of January 1, 2008 Sarah Vander Voort became our new duly elected CNY ACRP Chapter President! I would like to take this opportunity to thank our members for their support during this past 2 year period and to ask everyone to please welcome Sarah. Though the chapter has struggled to remain active through out this past term, we hope that 2008 brings us more member involvement and growth as a chapter. Sarah and the Executive Committee have some great ideas on how to stimulate membership activity, while maintaining our current networking/educational goals. We all look forward to a productive year and encourage our members to volunteer and provide support to our educational sessions. This can be accomplished through suggesting topics of interest and potential speakers, to volunteering to speak, and of course, to attending the sessions themselves. Again, please welcome Sarah and we’ll look for you at the next educational session!
Membership Chair Position Available
We extend our congratulations and best wishes to Lisa Kaplan Krestalude on her decision to relocate to North Carolina. Good luck in your new adventures, Lisa! This leaves us with a vacancy for the position of Membership Committee Chair.
