Program Description

Clinical trial agreements are complicated documents. Each provision has important implications that must be understood and considered based on the type of site and the study being conducted. This presentation will walk investigators, clinical research professionals and site directors/administrators through a typical clinical trial agreement from beginning to end. Each provision will be discussed in terms of the legal meaning and issues to be considered in negotiating these agreements.

This webinar will provide a general overview covering the entirety of the clinical trial agreement that will be applicable to all clinical research sites.

A handout of a clinical trial agreement with notations to consider will be provided. A Powerpoint presentation will be used during the presentation, and time will be allotted for questions.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for Site Administrators and Directors, Clinical Research Professionals and Investigators.
